Mayor’s development corporation formally launches procurement process

Sadiq Khan’s development corporation for Old Oak and Park Royal has formally launched its search for a delivery partner for the £12bn regeneration scheme.

The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) is looking for a private sector partner to create a new urban district across roughly 31 ha of brownfield land in west London.
