A planning application will be submitted to the London borough of Lewisham for the regeneration of Catford Greyhound stadium and station gateway into a mixed-use scheme.

The scheme, which is part of the Londonwide initiative to promote home ownership, would create 590 units with housing, retail and community space. The plans are led by Countryside Properties and the Hyde Group in association with English Partnerships. The architect is Hunter & Partners.
