Consultant bags role with affordable housing consortium

Consultant EC Harris has won a major national change agent commission to be the consultant for an affordable housing consortium in the South-west.

The company will be developing a procurement business plan for Advantage South West which, along with six other housing authorities, owns 44,000 homes across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. Over the next five years this consortium expects to spend more than £86m on capital works programmes.

Rebecca Bennett Casserly for EC Harris said: “We are particularly excited as this win means we are now acting for both Procurement Gold Award holders, the other being Fusion21, who are already clients of ours.”
