Next month’s major sustainability exhibition and conference will include a host of new green product launches. Here’s a selection

Energetic roof

Rooflight manufacturer Hambleside Danelaw is promising a market first at Ecobuild – a micro-generation rooflight. Designed in partnership with Solar Source the Insulator Photo Voltaic rooflight offers a U value of 0.8W/m2k and incorporates a micro-generation system. The firm claims the product is ideal for industrial or warehousing construction.

Breathing Space

Manufacturer Itho is launching its DemandFlow system at next month’s show. It’s an automated demand control ventilation system providing good air quality whilst saving energy.

Wood for good

Finn Forest has new timber products on show, including a low energy wall, which includes the Finnjoist, the only fully engineered j-joist manufactured in the UK. The wall can help developers meet level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Insulation upgrade

Isover Saint-Gobain will offer new insulation products at its stand. The firm will feature its Isover range and will include on its stand pre-insulated ductwork. Climataver Neto, a thermal and acoustic system, replaces the sheet metal and insulation approach.
