Ask Developments has resubmitted design plans to Sheffield council for a 57-room hotel in the city's landmark Leopold Square development. The city council has already granted permission to turn the grade II-listed building, formerly Sheffield Boys' School, into a leisure centre complete with bars, cafes and restaurants. The plans for the scheme, which is close to the Barker's Pool and City Hall areas of Sheffield, have been drawn up in partnership with regeneration company Sheffield One and include an apartment scheme with contractor Gleeson.
