Van Heyningen and Haward submitted a planning application for English Heritage's east of England headquarters last month.
The project involves extending and upgrading stables and outbuildings to offices. Cost consultant for the project is Monk Dunstone Associates, structural engineer is Hannah Reed, building services engineer is Roger Parker Associates and project manager is Gardiner & Theobald Management Services.
