South East contractor will provide repairs and maintenace for Croydon council's housing stock for ten years.
Environmental Property Services Projects has won a £35m ten-year partnering contract providing repairs and maintenance to the London Borough of Croydon's housing stock.
Peter Griffin, EPS Projects managing director, said: "This is a significant landmark contract for EPS giving us a substantial platform to secure similar long-term partnerships with social landlords withing London and the South East.
EPS is a South East based contractor providing refurbishment, repairs and maintenance to the public sector.
