Scheme for UPP designed by Stride Treglown

Plans for new student accommodation at Exeter university have been given the green light by the city council.

Drawn up by Stride Treglown, the work will see close to 1,200 units built at the university’s Streatham campus.

The development at a site called East Park will run across 33,000 sq m of space and see a series of buildings ranging from three to eight storeys in height built at the site.

Work for specialist developer University Partnership Programme is set to start early next year and open in two phases – September 2020 and September 2021.

Planning consultant on the scheme is WYG with M&E engineer Hulley and Kirkwood and structural engineer Airey and Coles.
