Promotions bring number up to nine at Clerkenwell-based cost consultant

London cost consultant Exigere has appointed two new equity partners taking the number at the business up to nine.

The firm said George Brown joins the equity partnership in his tenth year at the company while Jack Lewis becomes an equity partner after joining Exigere seven years ago.

Brown specialises in major central London commercial office redevelopment and his clients include Berkeley Estate Asset Management and Crown Estate.

Lewis leads the fit out and workplace team with clients including Bloomberg and law firm A&O Shearman.

Partner Niall Aitken said: “These appointments reflect long-term progression and investment in our leadership team. George and Jack have earned deep trust from clients and colleagues through consistent delivery and the way they lead teams day to day. They’ve both earned their place at the most senior level and will bring a lot to it.”

The firm, which was set up in 2012 by three former Davis Langdon staff and now has around 100 employees, is also expanding its Clerkenwell home.

Exigere said work to expand its base at Morelands, also home to architect AHMM, is expected to complete by the autumn. The firm has been at Morelands for the past decade.

Exigere’s current jobs include the Tenter House City office scheme in Moorgate, due to be built by McLaren, and Stanhope’s Red Lion Court office block on the South Bank set to be built by Mace.
