All at sea as new product from Facelift floats wind farm’s boat.
Facelift has announced the launch of a ‘new concept’ access platform, the Wumag 30m HC, a product developed in response to a demand from Wind Up Wind Farms Ltd.
Designed to be operated from a hovercraft, the 30m Wumag is simple to use and extremely versatile. WUWF’s Peter Bine said: “This machine’s performance is excellent! Operator seasickness was an issue at first, but Facelift has solved that problem by recruiting a team of ex-fishermen and training them to hover-picker safety standards.”
Facelift is currently in negotiations to supply a 30m Wumag to a window-cleaning company in Venice.
