Deal split into 12 lots and runs for four years

Contractors are being put on notice for a £1.25bn public sector housing, regeneration and demolition framework covering the UK.

LHC Procurement Group wants to appoint firms as principal contractors for new build residential schemes, retrofit, estate regeneration, demolition, remediation and enabling works.

The scheme will cover new build work

It will also include defence housing and Ministry of Defence accommodation and related infrastructure.

The four-year framework, which has been split into 12 lots, will be available to local authorities, housing associations, registered social landlords, ALMOs, central government departments, NHS bodies and emergency services.
