New arrivals take up commercial and health ans safety director roles
Fit out firm BW has made three senior hires including arrivals from Mace and Skanska.
The business, which is one of three waiting to find out who was won a £100m scheme for Visa at Canary Wharf, said Dominic Anstey has arrived from Mace’s interiors business as commercial director while Billy Roden joins from Skanska as health and safety director. Meanwhile, Harsha Javvaji has been appointed project director.

Over the summer, co-founder Steve Elliott stepped down. He and co-founder Anthony Brown arrived at BW in 2014 from Overbury.
In its last set of results, BW, which moved to new offices in the City earlier this year, said revenue went up 34% to £327m in 2025 with pre-tax profit more than doubling from £6m to £14m. Turnover this year is expected to top £350m.
