Harrow-based architect PCKO designed this £1.25m residential scheme in Llanelli, Wales
The building, for the Gwalia Housing Society, is designed as a complex of small apartments for use either as student-type studios with a shared kitchen or self-contained apartments. The ground floor includes commercial space as well as communal areas for residents. QS is ER Brown and Partners and structural engineer is ATEB Consulting. A contractor has yet to be appointed.
