Float your boats

The “boats” are raised above ground level, with public courtyards in between that overlook the promenade. The shops and restaurants, which occupy the prows of the boats, have fully glazed facades allowing views of the harbour. The linking sections in between the boats – known as “monitors” for their colour-pixillated harbour elevations – provide views from the rear of the building to the waterside.
