Harry Hayward joins Nottingham T&T office as director while Richard Clayton is promoted to associate director

Harry Hayward has become a director at Turner & Townsend’s Nottingham office. Formerly a partner with EC Harris, he previously worked with Nottingham based clients Experian and Boots.

Hayward said: “Turner & Townsend’s Nottingham office is a growing concern and the expectation is that I will put my knowledge of managing large frameworks to some use.”

Meanwhile Richard Clayton has been promoted to associate director of cost management in the same Nottingham office.

Clayton joined Turner & Townsend’s London office as a cost manager in 2000 but transferred to the Nottingham office after three years as a senior cost manager to work principally on masterplanning commissions for local regeneration agencies.

His specialism is in education and he is now commission manager for Nottingham Trent University’s £70m redevelopment.

The consultant has also promoted Peter Orton to partner of the business.
