Scheme being developed by Berkeley Estate Asset Management

French contractor Legendre UK is set to win its most high-profile UK project to date with the firm closing in on a £70m deal to refurbish an office in London’s Mayfair.

The scheme at 50 Stratton Street had narrowed to a race between it and Wates with Building understanding Legendre UK has now edged ahead in the race.
