Galliford Try Partnerships and Worcester-based housing and care provider Sanctuary Group have teamed up again in order to build 375 homes in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

The two firms, which are already working on three other schemes, will deliver 150 affordable homes and 225 units to be sold on the open market on the site at Europa Way.

The JV plans to sign up Waterloo Housing, part of the Platform Housing Group, to build the 150 affordable homes.

Sanctuary and Galliford Try are currently building 251 new homes in Biddenham, Bedfordshire, a further 219 in Brampton, near Cambridge, and 135 in Greenwich in south east London.
