Galliford Try reaches financial close on a Coventry NHS Lift and Caludon Castle School PFI.
Galliford Try has reached financial close on two PPP schemes in Coventry worth £87m.
The housebuilding and construction firm is part of the gbconsortium, which has a 20-year framework partnering agreement with Coventry NHS Lift working with Coventry Teaching Primary Care Trust and Partnerships for Health.
The first tranche of the agreement has a contract value of £42 million over a period of three years, with the first two projects to construct medical centres at Keresley and Longford.
On the £45m Caludon Castle School PFI in Coventry Galliford Try is in consortium with Bilfinger Berger.
The project includes the construction and facilities management of a new art school for 1,400 students, including child care facilities and a library.
