G&T said Alex Davey will retire next spring after nearly 13 years with the firm

G&T added: “Alex Davey will be retiring from G&T at the end of March 2026 following a planned transition. He will continue in his role as a partner until then. Over 13 years, Alex has been involved in a number of major and highly successful regeneration and masterplanning schemes and his contribution to the firm has been greatly appreciated.”

Davey spent nine years as an equity partner at Davis Langdon before it was bought by Aecom in 2010.

He then spent a further three years at the enlarged business as head of real estate for Europe, joining G&T in summer 2013.
