Consultant moves to large premise on Stanley Hall to accommodate expanding regional business

Construction concultant Gleeds has relocated its Liverpool operation to a larger premise at Stanley Hall as a result of continuing growth in the North West region.

Since the Liverpool office was opened back in January, the office staff numbers have grown to take into account the increasing business in the area.

Ian Miller, managing partner and responsible for Gleeds’ Liverpool office, said: “To relocate to a larger office in such a short period of time illustrates our active contribution and growing presence in the city."

Local work includes providing grant monitoring services on the Bluecoat Arts Centre with Liverpool Vision and the NWDA, acting as cost consultants for the Liverpool Community College Estates Development Framework and assisting in the fit-out of the new floor-level at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.

Miller added: “This move is essential to accommodate our ongoing involvement in Liverpool and I look forward to our continuing efforts in expanding our role in the North West of England.”
