Sent in by Frank Powell: "I looked out my office window and had palpitations when I saw the attached," he says. "One of their members of staff was cleaning the gutters apparently totally oblivious of the dangers! No nets, no harness, no ladder restraint, no gloves. Getting down was worse, I couldn't look."
