Northern Ireland based contractor says turnover grew to £1.3bn last year
Pre-tax profit at Graham headed north last year for the second year in a row with the Northern Ireland-based contractor seeing its bottom line improve by more than 40%.
In accounts filed at Companies House for the 12 months to March 2026, pre-tax profit jumped 44% to £36m with revenue up 13% to £1.3bn.
In a note accompanying the accounts, the firm said: “This growth reflects disciplined contract selection, robust commercial management, and continued investment in strategic capabilities.”

Jobs won during the year included a student residential scheme for Unite and Manchester Met University and more than £100m of fit-out work for clients including US sportswear brand Nike.
Graham said that cash at the bank and in hand was up a third to £261m at the year-end.
