Resolution Property - Gramophone Works Ext

Contractor will design and build phase two of the redevelopment scheme in west London

Graham Construction is to design and build the second phase of the Gramophone Works, a commercial redevelopment scheme taking shape next to the Grand Union Canal in west London.

The £25m project for developer Resolution Property will add a further 65,000ft² of workspace across five floors, which have already had 20,000 ft² of office accommodation and a communal terrace added in phase one.
