Dune Formations interprets the forms and natural forces at play in the desert

Architect Zaha Hadid has designed Dune Formations, a series of furniture inspired by sand dunes.

She looked at the changing shapes that emerge as the wind blows across the desert and crystallised the motion at a certain point.

The result is a series of abstracted forms made in to furniture pieces.
