Parent Royal Bam reshuffle pack as Peter Brooks joins group's board and is replaced by Martin Rogers as Nuttall chief executive
Royal Bam has reorganised the management at UK subsidiaries HBG and Nuttall following the promotion of Peter Brooks to the group's executive board.
Brooks, who is currently the chief executive of Nuttall and executive chairman of HBG, is moving to Royal Bam’s executive board from 8 May.
At Nuttall, Brooks will be succeeded as chief executive by Martin Rogers on 1 April, the current managing director at HBG. Steve Fox will become a director of Nuttall at the same time.
At HBG, Richard Bailey, John Burke and Graham Cash will all join the board as executive directors with effect from 1 March 2007.
Richard Bailey is regional director of its western regions, John Burke is a director of its property arm and Graham Cash is regional director for the South East.
