Hill appoints president for new subsidiary

Consultant Hill International has promoted S. Dick Sargon to president of a newly-created subsidiary Hill International Development.

Prior to this position, Sargon was a vice president with Hill. He will continue to be based at the firm's San Francisco office in the US.

The subsidiary will provide development management, project management and other consulting services for primarily the firm’s Middle Eastern clients.

Hill has also announced the promotion of Craig W. Johnson to senior vice president in charge of the consultant’s Las Vegas construction claims operations.

He was previously a vice president with Hill’s project management group.
