Oxford and London Building Co ask High Court to enforce award against Mr Campbell

The Hon Frederick Campbell is facing a £31,000 legal battle in a row over building works.

An adjudicator was called in after a dispute arose between the Oxford and London Building Company and Mr Campbell.

Now the Oxford and London Building Co has turned to the High Court in London, and is asking it to enforce the adjudicator’s award of £31.951.77 against Mr Campbell, of 13 Guion Road, Fulham, London, and to order payment of the money with interest.

The writ was issued by Ashfords, ref Stephen Homer.
