The clue is the jib of the mechanical digger extended over the main road

This blunder was spotted in the Rousillion area of the South of France.

Tim Mackervoy from Tarmac Topfloor explains exactly what is going on: "The digger was parked in a side street with the jib extended over the main road through the village. Thus cars and people were walking underneath. The builders have no ladders or other access to the ledge so they must have climbed up the jib to get to the roof."

"The bucket which is used for the building materials and access is directly over the pavement and was 'resting' on the working ledge they have constructed."
