Redland has added to its range of roof integrated photovoltaics with the launch of the Redland Solar Water Heater.

The flat-plate solar thermal system is aimed at both private and public new housing developments and has a 4m2 collector area. This gives it the capability to provide up to 70% of the average three-bedroom home’s hot water needs.

The fully roof-integrated system has been designed with weathertightness and wind uplift in mind, as well as ease of installation – once in place it is ready for connection to the domestic hot water system.
