MoD award contract to manage key sites in the South east of England.
PriDE, a joint venture between Interserve and Southern Electric Contracting, has won a £400 million Prime Contract with Defence Estates to manage and maintain MoD land and property across London and the South east. The initial contract lasts for seven years, starting next month, with a possible extension of three years at the end of this period.
The contract covers 95 separate locations, including Buckingham Palace, St James’s Palace, Sandhurst and RAF Northolt. The principal activities will be: land and property management, lifecycle maintenance, response maintenance, environmental management, provision of management information systems and new works projects.
