Support services group is named preferred bidder for three-year facilities management contract
Support services and building group Interserve has been named preferred bidder by HSBC for a three-year £200m contract to provide facilities management services across its UK property portfolio.
It is one of the largest contracts of its type in the UK and the portfolio comprises over 1,600 retail and 80 office sites and includes buildings in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. It also covers HSBC’s global headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.
