ISG to build Hertfordshire home for ‘La La Land’ studio

Fit-out firm awarded pre-construction contract for Sunset Waltham Cross Studios

ISG has been awarded a pre-construction contract to develop a Hertfordshire film and TV facility, the first outside the US for the studio behind ‘La La Land’ and ‘When Harry Met Sally’.

Real estate firm Hudson Pacific Properties, which owns Sunset Studios, partnered with private equity firm Blackstone Group to create a new studio on a 90-acre site in Broxbourne, which cost the developers £120m.
