Consultant Atkins has unveiled plans for its first large-scale development in Pakistan, to include the country’s tallest building.
The £175m, 30-storey hotel will form the centrepiece of the mixed-use development in the capital Islamabad. The 280,000 m2 design also incorporates a shopping mall, office space and more than 300 apartments. The project is expected to take three years to complete.
