Ballymore Properties has won approval for a mixed-use development on the former London Arena site in Crossharbour on the Isle of Dogs.

The project includes 972 homes, a hotel, a 26,500 m2 office building and a 43-storey tower fronting a dock. Ballymore obtained property advice for Crossharbour, along with other regeneration projects at Millharbour and New Providence Wharf, from GVA Grimley.
