John Laing Social and Pinnacle Regeneration Group will refurbish and manage 1200 LA homes in Lewisham as Regenter B3
A joint venture between John Laing Social Infrastructure and Pinnacle Regeneration Group has been appointed on a £165m PFI housing contract by Lewisham Council.
The joint venture, Regenter B3, will refurbish and manage 1200 local authority homes in Brockley, Lewisham, south east London.
The project will be split into two phases. The first is a refurbishment programme to be carried out by Higgins Construction which will start in August with completion due in 2010.
That will be followed by an operational phase which will include repairs, maintenance and life cycle replacement throughout the remaining 17 years of the project.
It is Regenter’s third project to reach financial close since its formation in 2004. It has also won projects in Canning Town, East London and Stoke-on-Trent.
