Firm will act as construction advisor to boutique design and development management firm
Blue Sky Building, the firm set up by the former head of Lend Lease’s construction arm in England and Wales, has won its first contract.
Julian Daniel, Blue Sky Blue managing director, said the firm had been appointed construction adviser to Urban Velvet, a boutique design and development management firm with a portfolio of high-end residential projects in London and other European cities.
Daniel led Lend Lease’s contracting arm - the former Bovis business - in England and Wales until he left in September.
A BSB spokesperson said the firm could not provide further details of the projects it would be working on.
“[They’re] destined to be the residences of wealthy individuals who demand confidentiality,” she said.
