Ex-chief of firm’s design business to take up position

Keltbray has appointed Tim Lohmann as its group director of strategic engineering, where he will develop training programmes for the business. 

Lohmann, who took up the newly created role this month, previously led the Wentworth House Partnership, Keltbray’s in-house design business.

Among his immediate priorities will be the development of a structured technical development programme for the next generation of engineers at the firm. 

“Developing the next cohort of engineering talent across Keltbray is key to how we move forward,” said Lohmann. 

Group technical director Craig Moorfield added that Lohmann’s “wealth of knowledge and experience” would be “integral to driving forward our agenda to develop the next generation of talented engineers”.
