Kier joint venture is named preferred bidder for treatment centre at Ipswich NHS Trust.
A Kier joint venture has been named preferred bidder for a £26m treatment centre for the The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust.
The PFI contract involves the financing, designing, building and maintaining of the NHS facilities over 30 years.
Prospect Healthcare is a joint venture between Kier Project Investment and HSBC, which will finance design, build and maintain the PFI hospital over a 30-year period.
The centre will be built by Kier Regional and maintained by Kier subsidiary Caxton FM.
