Firm carrying out £195m job for Derwent London

Laing O’Rourke has inked a £195m deal to build a new mixed-use scheme for Derwent London above the Tottenham Court Road Crossrail station in central London.

The firm, which is coming to the end of work on the developer’s 16-storey Brunel Building in Paddington, has been preferred bidder on the project since last summer which is due to be completed in November 2021.
