Ian Simpson’s designs for West Point Phase III, a £200m mixed-use scheme in Leeds, have been unveiled. The plans will transform land between Wellington Street and Whitehall Road. The 51-storey tower is 157 m high and has about 650 apartments. An adjacent 26-storey, 90 m glass tower will provide for about 100 serviced apartments and 10,000 m2 of office space.
