Bam has confirmed that it is looking for a new regional director for its construction business in London.

Mick Kelly had been doing the job on an interim basis and in a statement Bam said: “Mick Kelly has left the business and we are in the process of recruiting a replacement.”

The construction division’s most high-profile job in the capital is a £100m deal to overhaul the Broadgate Tower for British Land as part of its ongoing revamp of the Broadgate estate.

Bam is due to release its 2025 results next February.
