Fast growing resi developer feels impact of covid crisis but says it has support of lenders

Residential developer London Square has revealed it has been forced to secure waivers to its loan covenants.

The London focused developer, set up by former Barratt executives Mark Pain and Adam Lawrence in the teeth of the global financial crisis in 2010, said it had received the full support of its lenders NatWest, HSBC and AIB.
