Paul Kelly bumped up to strategic advisory role

Mace has appointed a former director of Carillion’s regional business to head up its strategic advisory business at its consultancy arm.

Paul Kelly joined Mace last after spending four years at the bust contractor as a director at its regions and communities before leaving in autumn 2017.
