Mace’s fit-out business Como has completed 45,000ft2 of new office space for computer software firm Adobe at developer Derwent London’s White Collar Factory in London’s tech city district.

Spread across three floors Adobe’s new office will serve as a new sales and marketing hub for London and Europe housing 375 staff with one floor dedicated to showcasing the tech firm’s latest products to clients and visitors.

The scheme designed by architect Gensler and engineer Hoare Lea and managed by Turner & Townsend, is a mixture of open plan areas, meeting rooms, phone booths and a new customer experience centre.

One floor is a customer facing area for Adobe to showcase its latest products.

Adobe’s real estate and project delivery manager Cameron Balls said its new office space had been delivered “on budget, on time and to the exceptionally high standard Adobe demands”.

Nick Hoffman, contracts manager at Como, said it had been “a privilege” to help build Adobe’s new London home and a “fantastic” project to work on.
