Make Architects appointed on Spiers Locks canalside development

Make Architects has been appointed masterplanner of the Speirs Locks regeneration scheme in Glasgow city centre.

Make beat off competition from 3D Reid, Urban Initiatives and Mossessian & Partners to win the masterplanning role on the canalside development.

The scheme is being backed by the Glasgow Canal Regeneration Partnership, a JV between Glasgow City Council and ISIS Waterside Regeneration.

ISIS is a regeneration body launched by British Waterways, Amec Developments and Igloo. It is redeveloping waterside communities in nine British towns and cities.
