The Bank of Scotland has put up £128m to fund two 10-storey residential buildings at the Mann Island scheme on Liverpool’s waterfront.

Countryside Properties and Neptune Developments will develop the project, which has been designed by Broadway Malyan. It will include 376 apartments, 141,000ft2 of office space and 13,000ft2 of museum space. The first residential building is scheduled for completion in June 2009.
