Architect Make has revealed this image of its plans to revamp the former Marks & Spencer HQ on Baker Street, central London.

The 55 Baker Street scheme, for developer London & Regional, will include 500 ft of retail space facing the street. At the rear of the development will be 20 mews houses. The contractor is HBG. The completion date is September 2007.
