Chris Loughlin will succeed Kieran Murphy as chair of housing specialist in May

Mears has announced the appointment of a new chair.

The specialist housing contractor has today said that Kieran Murphy will stand down as chair after more than four years in the role.

Chris Loughlin, senior independent director will take over as chair following the firm’s annual general meeting in May. Loughlin joined Mears in September 2019 and previously served as chief executive of £600m-turnover water utility company Pennon Group.
