Suzanne Baxter joins support services firm after seven years operating at divisional board level within Serco Group.
Support services firm Mitie has appointed Suzanne Baxter as group finance director.
Baxter, 37, has extensive experience of the sector following seven years operating at divisional board level within Serco Group.
Following Mrs Baxter's induction to Mitie, Ruby McGregor-Smith will relinquish her responsibilities and title of group finance director and focus on her role as chief operating officer of Mitie.
Commenting on the appointment, Ian Stewart, Chief Executive of Mitie, said: "I am delighted that Suzanne has agreed to join the board. Her experience will add considerable value."
