Architect Sheppard Robson has submitted a detailed planning application to redevelop a site at Mitre Square Island, London EC3. The scheme comprises a 32,500 m2 office development rising 20 storeys, which is below the maximum height imposed to preserve views of the Tower of London world heritage site.

The clients are Ansbacher Property development and developer Helical Bar, the structural engineer is Whitbybird, planning consultant is Montagu Evans, M&E engineer is Rybka, landscape architect is Edward Hutchison and environmental engineer is Arup.
